Car for repairs and then lies, lies and more lies

My car wen in for repairs on the 26 January 2016 and released on the 16 February 2016. When I received the car I noticed two things 1. The tow bar cover was missing and nobody could give me reasons why it was missing. 2. My car went in with petrol and the petrol was literally finished. Back bumper was replaced and I do not see the reason why the car was driven around, also no answers.<br> <br> I was promised that the cover will be ordered and delivered to me. I waited weeks and only after I kept on asking questions someone was sent to deliver the 'cover'. To my surprise the cover was not the correct one. Since then every time I speak to the people there I am promised that it will be delivered. Even the manager there promised the same thing. Every time it is a lie after another. The last time on the 1 April 2016 another promise or a lie was told that the cover will be delivered on the 4 April 2016. And as per usual they say they will call and never do.<br> <br> This has been the most frustrating time for me as my car is literally deformed and other people take that for granted by keep on lying and not delivering on their promises. Really really disgusted.
