Bad service Renew it greenstone

Took car in August 9 2023,by November 2023 9th still had unordered parts.i was only told upon phoning that there was a part missing thinking car was ready for collection.in that time moved from different personal consultants.no calls or sms for long periods of time on end.you have to follow up now and then.No customer service at all.they are irresponsible,insensitive to customer needs and on top refused to give my car back at every request unntill the parts were sourced.Never Ever Take Your Vehicle there.I wonder if the insurance companies know what goes on there. Bad Ridiculous Poor Service offered !!!!
