Bad service and my car id still not fixed

I was involved in an accident on the 30th August 2017. It was a pile up 6 of cars and my car was the 4th in the row. Both my bumpers were smashed, front and back. The vehicle was towed on the day and 1st for Women send my car to Renew-it greenstone and i went to fetch it in 30days time. I paid R4900 on that day for my excess fee. Only to my surprise when i got to the petrol station and noticed that a few things were wrong:

1. My right door handle is lose, even came off, i use the passenger to get into my car every single day.

2. Water bottle container for the wipers not replaced. Leaking badly.

3. Aircon not fixed, hot air comes out with a wissling sound.

4. 2 Safety belt clips from the back seat are not in use anymore since the car got back.

I am beyond UPSET because i have been using my own airtime to make follow up with Renew-it greenstone but i always get wrong information and empty promises. Having to drive to work in such bad weather condition with such a faulty car is really frustrating, especially when i am with a toddler in the back with safety belt clips that don't work. I mean it's almost 4 months now but they are not even telling me to bring the car back. I have laid so many complaints already with them but they always lie and take me from pillar to post all the time. I will never ever allow my insurance to take my car to Renew-it for repairs. It is a very USELESS company.
