Bad service and Delay fixing my car

I have always had bad experience with TC Autobody, they take forever to get the cars fixed and when I get it back I normally have to take it back a couple of times after as they don't do a perfect job from the beginning. Its almost 3 weeks and I'm only getting different stories instead of getting the car fixed. 1st week they were moving offices, second week stories ranged from settling in to waiting for tow truck, 3rd week more stories like they need to order the part - they have received the part but cant get hold of the technician because he is not answering his phone and they will try him later - the technician came and he used the part that was suppose to be for my car on another car and he will try get another one and he's only coming in the afternoon so i will only get feed back then as to when will he have the part. Until now I have no idea what and when will my car be fitted with the PDC control unit as I have had no feedback or whatsoever and I need the car back ASAP...
