Bad service

My car was taken for some work at renewit green stone after an accident . when I collected it in December 2017 and I discovered a sound coming from my right front wheel and driver door when I open it, my alignment was also not done. Being December I decided to wait for Jan to report this knowing they would be busy during this period. Indeed I called them in beginning of Jan and I was told to expect a call back because they had to arrange with the Randburg branch for me to take my car to have these issues sorted out , because green-stone is too far from where I am. I have been waiting for this call since Jan . I tried calling today and kept on being told the person to deal with my problem is busy. this is not acceptable.
