Bad service

<p>I sent my car in for repairs in August, car was done done during month of September. Dove out of their premisis got on the highway and that when I started hearing funny noises in the car from where they had repaired the car, parked on the side to check what was going on, found that the Nuts on the wheels where not tightened. Went inside the boot to get a wheel spanner, to my suprise my car no longer had a wheel spanner. Had to borrow from passing cars to get that sorted out but then after driving noise was still there, wheel bearing on my car had not been changed. Took the car back in on monday and was told they need approval from insurance to actually have it changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Waited a couple of days no call or update from them, so I then called my insurance "Budget", they advised they had not heard anything from Renew it. That is when I called Renew it again and everyone kept saying they will call me back, to this day no one has called.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys are a bunch of F ups. </p>
