Bad Customer Service

Good day

Kindly assist I’m am not happy about the service I received at Renew-it Green Stone and I have laid a complaint and no one Is willing to assist me. My car was booked in April it was repaired and I got it back , took the car home only to find that the car was not repaired properly at all. I took it back to them to advise them about what was not repaired properly.

1. The lights were not fitted properly there was a gap in between the bumper and the lights. 2. They stole my battery’s key card and they had to exchange it when I went to complain but still gave me an old battery. 3. When driving the car it feels like the windows are opened and yet they are all closed all the dust gets inside the car 4. They did not insert my wheel spoilers as well after repairing and they saying they can’t find them anywhere in SA

I even laid a complaint with my insurance and they went to the branch to advise them about my complaint up till today there is no assistance . I then Spoke to Diana from the head office who said she’s the manager and has an attitude not even willing to assist and also refused to give me her surname when I requested it she’s not helpful at all. She needs serious training

The service is so terrible.
