Amazing Service

Hi,<br> After battling with the insurance and refusing to use the first panel beater they wanted to send me to they agreed to let me take my car to Renew-It in Greenstone. <br> First panel beater was meant to contact me after two months I had not heard from them and they would not get back to me when I called.<br> Authorisation confirmation sent through from the insurnace and Renew-It Greenstone contacted me the following morning, I happen to work next door, Happy cam over and introduced herself. Then The parts manager cam over to check if the quote was correct, I was given an option to order parts first and then book my car in and I took the option.<br> <br> They are very busy but they stayed in contact they had the parts in a week and then I was called to bring my car in. I received updates via sms the entire time and a call a week later to collect my car.<br> <br> From the time you walk in, everyone you meet is friendly and helpful. <br> <br> I got my car back and this morning I received a call to make sure I was happy with everything and to find out how I found the service.<br> <br> To everyone at Renew-it Greenstone, thank you so much for all your help and you great service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Vicky
