ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!!

<p>I have had the most shocking service from this company !!! If you can even call it service! It has been nearly a year and a half, after numerous trips backwards and forwards - And my car is STILL not sorted! </p> <p>I have been back a couple times, after being told, the parts have arrived... Inwhich was NOT the case!</p> <p>Another 3 months have gone by, and i have STILL not heard a thing!</p> <p>I have called the branch to resolve this on NUMEROUS occassions, and i keep being told they will call me, back, which NEVER happens!</p> <p>I recieved an sms today, to say i will be black listed, due to excess, not being paid!!! But i believe my car hasnt been sorted... With the WRONG AMOUNT, since i got the excess lowered due to BAD service!!!!</p> <p>REALLY GUYS!!!!! </p> <p>Absolute joke to say the least!!!!</p> <p>Over a year and a half worth of calls, trips to your company and emails backwards and forwards ..... This doesnt even cover the Excess amount!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
