7 Weeks + and still no car

<p>My car was sent in to Renew-It-Greenstone for a minor dent on the passenger & back door, as well as a sc**** on the back bumper. It is now over 7 weeks and i still do not have my vehicle back. I have been to collect it twice already, as according to Renew-It, it was ready. The issues i pointed out on the 1st occasion were still visible on the 2nd occasion. Bumper & headlights not fitted back / aligned properly. The spray-paint job was pathetic, that i as a woman could notice the different shades and swirls of paint left behind. They eventually messed up the paint job so badly, that they could not rectify it & had to resort to ordering brand new doors (something we did not initially need). Their QC staff is absolutely useless! No feedback after complaining, nor management not returning calls as promised. Absolutely shocking service from such a reputable company. I was given one version of a story & my insurance another... Completely disappointed!!!</p>
