Worst service ever!!!

I had the worst experience of my life with the DCP. Firstly, they took longer than expected to repair my car. You can imagine the additional costs I incurred because of this. When they finally finished the repairs, it turned out that they did not put back my inner boot cover. I wrote emails, made calls with the hope that they will rectifying the problem. It seem as if it just fell on deaf ears. One day, I even drove down to them to speak to the manager ( or someone responsible). A lot of promises were made by the manager and still no feedback!! It has been over a month and am driving a car without the inner boot cover thanks to DCP. I think that they might have lost it!!
