Terrible service and damage to the car by Renew it

We are extremely disappointed with the service. We collected the car late as we were notified late to fetch it post repairs

We’ve tried to call multiple times as they’ve ruined the car. The bumper is not aligned properly, the rims have scratches and were clearly not fixed

They damaged the side mirror adjusting nob and its loose. The blind spot indicator on both side mirrors is damaged and not working post the car being with renew it mt edgecomb

We called and to report these and the agent said they would call back. It’s been over 24hrs and there’s still no call back

Someone please call us and arrange to fix all of this!

We indicated the car will be in Jhb from next week and they need to make arrangements with a Jhb branch to fix these damages. The matter has been reported to king price with no follow back
