Renew it / Never Again
My vehicle was sent to renew it Mont Edgecombe for rear damage via Auto n General. There were repairs. There were further repairs done to the front fendors and bonnet paid me.
Renew it called me 4 times. Saying my vehicle is ready for collection. On all 4 times my vehicle repair was incomplete and had more damages caused by renew it. Today Friday. The 7th of November 2025 was the last of the 4.
I was forced to pay. I took possession of my vehicle to avoid leaving it there for another minute. Their actions clearly shows that I was victimised.
I would not recommend Renew it.
