***POOR SERVICE***
Up until today i have not received any communication from Durban Central Panel Beaters for the repairs of my motor vehicle - yet the insurance has approved for the vehicle to be repaired. What the delay is for? I DON'T KNOW! Its close to two full months now and my car is not repaired yet, Worse no one has been in contact with me to explain reason for delay. This is just a clear sign of poor customer service - NO INTEGRITY or STEWARDSHIP SHOWN WHAT SO EVER!!! ***0/10 Rating***
