Poor customer service.
I had my vehicle repaired st renew-it durban central panelbeaters. I had door locks replaced. I was not informed that my keys had not been made to work as per the factory set. I approached via telephone and visited the branch and spoke to the persons in charge and was continiously given the run around. Its been since november that this has happened and i was always told that i will be called back and attened to.
