Pathetic Service

On the 13th of March I delivered my car for repairs via Budget Insurance company. Today is the 12th of May, DCP is still struggling to tell me as to when my car will be ready... this car was drivable, it was a windscreen that had to be replaced and also the sorting of few dents. Folks that I know who had similar problems got their cars back within 3 weeks latest but here I am going for the 3rd month. Budget, being the ones who chose these guys for me are quite even after I have been chasing up with them still no answer. I am glad as soon as my car comes back, if it will come back, I will cancel them... as for DCP they know nothing about SCHEDULING. POOR SERVICE, they have got a beautiful website that is supposed to show repair processeses but the car can stay a month in one process hence it is useless!
