Outstanding Customer Sevice

I had an accident on the 22 November and call my Insurer Auto & General and began the claims process. I received very prompt and accurate information from my insurer and was referred to Renew-It Durban Central Panelbeaters. I was assisted by a very pleasant team there and referred to a young even more pleasant Lady whom identified herself as Tamar Bilham. She explained the process. When she told me that she will keep me updated, I thought another company that makes false promises. I actually take that comment back as Tamar kept me informed of every step of the restoration process right up to the finishing. Tamar even went the extra mile as I am unable to leave work, she had my vehicle dropped off for me. This lady is a real GEM to her company and the company is a real GEM to client's who need there vehicles repaired professionally.
