Never use durban central autobody, they do as they please

I will never recommend this place. Repairs done with NO approval from me or my insurer now invoices are being sent to me description being 'agreed apon amount'. firstly who agreed? how did you get to that amount? and if so what have you actually fixed. They have evan recieved an email from my insurer to release my vehical and still they have my car I WANT MY VEHICAL it belongs to ME I pay for it !
