I was involved in an accident on the 29th of August 2022, my vehicle was taken into Durban Central Panel Beaters for repairs, as it is a Mercedes, there was a problem with sourcing parts and delay by my Insurance, however Michelle always kept me informed over the 10 months, of the progress being made as well as the options at every point, she would send a regular email or phone to keep me updated over the 10 months, she also assisted with organising me a courtesy car for the period, while my car was being repaired. I would like to applaud her patience and pleasant handling of my unique long standing situation, which was able to be resolved in the end to my satisfaction.
