I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica Gengiah at Durban Central Panelbeaters recently and was totally blown away with the service that I received from Jessica. Her upto date calls and sms messages giving me updates all through the way. I was really missing my vehicle and there were a shortage of parts required from the agents however her bubbly personality left me knowing that my vehicle was in good hands with her behind the scenes . DCP. should be proud of this gem of an employee. We live on a time where service delivery is much to be desired but to have had the pleasure of dealing with this lady was extremely appreciated.
