Horrible experience!
Renew it - Durban central Panel Beaters and Budget insurance have had my car for over 4 months over a bump at the back. Every week they have a new story when I am meant to get my car back. They seem to order parts little by little and every time I’m meant to to collect my car there is a new part that has just been ordered. They also tried to repair my bumper instead of getting a new one. I’m going on 5 months now with my car stuck at Renew it - Durban central panel beaters which is part of the Renew it group. They are now 5 months in with my car saying they have just ordered and are waiting for a back suspension part. My question is why weren’t all these parts ordered on the onset and why was the bumper being repaired instead of replaced. At this rate it feels like my car is an experiment and they are trying to save money at all costs. Oh and they also simply don’t care.
