Horrible Customer Service

I am dissatisfied client to say the least. I dropped off my car with Durban Central Panelbeaters on the 15th of February 2022 and was suppose to get it on 11 March 2022 only for me to get there and one of the issues I had raised when I dropped off was not fixed so I had to leave the car. Its the 13th of April now, a month from when I was suppose to get the car due to delays and wrong parts being delivered causing more delays while in all that time I am the one who keeps contacting the consultant for feedback and all I keep getting is empty promises and being told the Director is also assisting with my case like its suppose to mean something because still dololo car. I think their service is appalling and unacceptable because no alternatives was even offered to me. I have never had such horrific customer service.
