Renew-it Durban Central is hands down the most professional company for me, the modus operandi carried out is truly exceptional, the updates and feedback given both telephonically and by email was very helpful knowing what is being carried out on my car, the emotional support from Maggie shows she does over and above her expected duties as a consultant. Maggie was the best consultant I have ever met. I went on and on about her professionalism to my family, we all knew when she called my mom would say "phendulani iphone uMaggie" which means "someone answer the phone it's Maggie". I really appreciate the service I got from Renew-it Durban Central, switchboard, other consultants were as friendly,offered something to drink irrespective of who is "my" consultant just tells you the style of professionalism is sung through all staff members. The machenics are just as friendly, respectful and sweet to say the least, I appreciated this alot.
