My name is Derrick Makhathini, I am a Customer at Durban Central Panel Beaters because my wife`s car was brought here for repairs. What has draw my attention mostly is the way I have been given care and efficiency by the branch. The person I have been dealing with at the Durban branch was Kary. She was always keeping me updated on what was happening with my wife`s car by messages and photos sent at all times. she is knowledgeable and proffresional. Lastly, she gave me the date on which the car was going to be ready, she told it was going to be Friday the 5th of September 2020. I waited for that day and came over. On the same Friday, i came over,, when i arrived the car was ready for me to check if the car was in order, Yes!!!!! the car was clean and ready for m. My I recommend the way Kary is so spot on on her follow-ups and she keeps her promises. well done durban central . Keep up the good work. Lots of love to Kary and Your Team.
