I was involved in an accident an was really stressed out about the processes and what to do. Budget helped me in getting my car away from the scene of the accident and taken to Durban central auto body. I was introduced to a Wonderful woman Kary who was amazing. She called me and explained everything that needed to be done on my car. Reassuring me that I will be well looked after during the process and I will be notified timously. Wow wow wow she called me more than my Mum ever did. I knew when the parts arrived, when the car was painted and so on until the vehicle reached quality check. It was a pleasure taking her calls and receiving her mails coz she always gave me good news. When hearing from her yesterday, yes on Saturday to ask if I could fetch the car today... On a Sunday at 2pm I was on top of the world. She has always gone out of her way to assure I was happy as a client, but today she out did herself. Sacrificing her Sunday for Me.. I am truly grateful to Kary. The work carried out on my car comes with a lifetime warranty as well. Where do you get better than that? No where. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you all for an awesome experience.
