Furious and disappointed

My car was recently fixed by Renew-it Mount edgecombe. When I took it there everything was working fine. On collection day when I started the car I noticed a fault on the locking system and I reported to them. There was also a clicking sound that is still there around the steering wheel. They suggested that I take my car to Hyundai. I was confused because that problem was caused by them. I called them again and they said I must bring back so that they can check of which I did. Again they denied that it was their fault and promised to call my insurer and get back to me. A week is almost gone but still there is no response or feedback. What worries me the most is the clicking sound that is not stopping even when I switch off the car. I am very furious and disappointed.
