Excellent Service by Katy of Durban Central Panelbeaters

I would like to express my appreciation to the excellent service by Katy, of Durban Central Panelbeaters. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed with warm hand and smile ready to serve. My Family and I were in Durban for a weekend and enroute to Durban, the side rear view mirror was damaged. Upon claiming form the insurance, she advice that given the access amount which is almost the same amount as the repair, she suggested I rather buy the mirror and they'll fit for me. Katy went out if her way to phone Toyota to get a quote and arranged that I make payment for the mirror. To my surprise, she did not charge me for labour of fitting the mirror. She did this in the midst of servicing other clients. As a result I saved R800.00 and she further advices that we retract the claim from Insurance, to minimise impact to the monthly Insurance Premium.
