Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
I said to Mitchell but for her calm and helpful demeanour I would have lost it as I was struggling without a car. She kept me updated and took time to explain the delay with the parts from Germany. The director who received me when picking up the car very helpful! A big thank you!
