Dishonest Panel beaters

My vehicle got towed into these panel beaters on the 27th of December and the work got completed last week Friday. When I collected my vehicle I was advised that my tracker had drained the battery to the point where it is not rechargeable, my eTag was tampered with and now it is not working, and mainly, they changed my front Tyre without advising me and they are claiming they have thrown it away along with my wheel cap. My front Tyre had no problem so I did not understand why they changed it and why they ordered a brand new wheel cap as the old one was fine. I am really disappointed and I feel I have been taken advantage off.
