Disappointed and disgusted with Durban central Panel beaters

I have had the worst experience with this panel beaters and i will never recommend anyone to even think about trusting this company with their vehicle. I fetched my Vehicle on the 3rd Sep 2021, no invoices received of the parts used for my Trendline Polo even after i enquired i have still not received these invoices, my wheel spacer and the triangle was missing from our car and fortunately we enquired before leaving, that to they had to investigate were it was or who stole this. we arrived to fetch our car and noticed the cluster not repaired and Mud flaps off, when we inquired with Sarika she said insurer did not approve i asked for proof since we were present when she inspected the car immediately after accident, then only did leeban from the panel beaters send an email to assessor, this was to cover up the story by sending an email to the assessor to add on items only after i enquired. For peace of mind i enquired with the assessor myself to find out why these items were not covered and he mentioned that the Mudflaps were not on the vehicle while the assessor was inspecting the damages so therefore insurance will not pay for this since it was the first time hearing of this and the 1 damaged mudflap was still on the vehicle and the others were ****** apparently.The panel beater do not want to assist so if anything is missing from your vehicle while at the panel beaters they do not accept responsibility.

I hope this review helps others ,after the accident we were abit shaken up but we still followed our vehicle to ensure its safe but this Panel beaters did they own stuff.

After the accident a tow truck driver assisted and insisted that we take the vehicle to Durban central, before we know it a representative from this panel beaters were on the accident scene to convince us.they took the trouble to even convince our insurers and eventually after 30 minutes on the accident site our insurers agreed.

After we had come to our senses we realised that the tow truck driver maybe receiving Commission on every vehicle towed in. so please dont be fooled
