I am very disgusted by the service.The vehicle has been with them since September and seems like i won’t be receiving it any time soon.I receive vague emails and texts and when i follow up no one is eager to provide me with feedback.I also blame budget insurance as they forced me to take the vehicle there while i wanted other options as i was trying to avoid these cases but i will also be changing them as my insurer if they can’t provide me with reasonable panel beaters at my own cost.The only person i would like go applaud is Nozipho Sikhakhane for her excellent service,She does try to keep me updated and i do see her efforts but she doesn’t have answers to all my questions but I appreciate her consistency in her calls and emails .
