Being told lies & sent from pillar to post

My Car(Merc SLK200) went in for repairs mid June.From then until now it's been stories and lies every single week.I would be told when my car will be ready but when the time comes I would be given a different story.Also each time I have quarries regarding the repairs I get referred to a new consultant to deal with.First it was Rafik,the Charmaine then a john Creswell who told me lies that there was still a part that was missing.This after a month ago I was told all the parts had arrived.I then requested to see a requisition for all the parts that were ordered for my car and miraculously the missing part resurfaced.Then I was assigned a new consultant named Mervin who also promised to update me with regards to my car.Till to date I haven't been told when I would be getting my car.
