3 weeka to repair a bumper and dent
Taking forever to repair a bumper and dent. 1 update per week. No progress for 7 days, car is just sitting.
I call like 10 times before anyone even picks up.
Manager is never available or call just drops.
Whoever you are Kath, you are running a circus.
