Worst vehicle repair i have come across

I collected my Ford Ranger from renew-it bedfordview a week ago after they had to do repairs after an accident. I`m not sure how to describe the service i got or the workmanship on the Ranger. First of all the took two weeks to strip and quote the insurance company, after more than a month i received a notification that the vehicle is in the assembly bay. Then i received a phone call asking me what bumper i had on the front of the Ranger as according to them the front bumper never came in with the vehicle altho i have photo`s that were send to me by renew-it of the vehicle in their yard with the front bumper laying in front of the Ranger. Guess you don`t have to be very bright to work there, also shows in their workmanship. On collection of the vehicle i noticed that the gap between the bonnet and fender is not set correctly, i pointed that out at the time. The vehicle was then taken in to the workshops to adjust. When it cam out again i realized they not sure how to get the gap correct as it is still not properly set. The bonnet lock is also not working properly. While driving home i noticed the passenger front indicator is not working, i had to replace the globe myself when i got home, while replacing the globe i noticed the is a wire that had been stuffed in behind the fender, this wire has a plastic cover on the end with a slide clip on it that obviously need to slide on the something and all they do is just hide it away behind the fender cause who will notice that. The original Ford jack and tooling had also been ****** out of the vehicle and even the plastic cap on the tow bar. I can see squad at night with the adjustment on the headlights, i take they have no idea as to how to set headlights either. I brought all this to their attention or at least tried the same day and a week later i am still waiting for them to come back to me. I guess if they do decide to replace the Jack and tooling they will give you a Midas jack. I actually can`t complain about the quality of service as it seems to be non existent. How does obvious mistakes get passed their so called quality system they have in place..... then again i guess it comes down to you don`t need to be bright to work there. I would definitely not even recommend a renew-it branch to my worst enemy. If you want a proper repair job done then rather take it to MF in boksburg, they know what they doing.
