Very Unhappy

When my car was booked in i was advised that this will take a month Car was Booked in on the 5th January 2022 you guys have taken your dear time with my vehicle i even had to call the assessors myself to confirm what is going on with my claim, when it was approved i informed you guys of this that same day with no response back, only a day later you advised that the claim has been approved. (one day wasted) How can you expect me to be a understanding customers when most of the delays where on your side not once have I complained or anything about how long this takes and now today you want to tell me that i will have to wait another week before i get my car back. you guys are quick to provide updates but super slow in repairing.
