USELESS RENEW-IT BEDFORDVIEW
The most useless panelbeater in Gauteng, my vehicle has a small bump shouldn't take too long to be repaired, I paid cash even because I trusted these people. A month later, vehicle is still not ready.
The customer service agents at bedfordview don't know **** about their jobs, they promise you that your car will be ready the next day and then they change the day when the day comes. Bull Promises after promises everyday. Really tiring honestly.
Worst of it all, management don't take responsibility and don't want to help.
NO MATTER WHAT YOUR INSURANCE SAYS, rather seek other repair shops not RENEW-IT BEDFORDVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
