Use someone else

If I could rate this lower I would. We have had three cars there currently, one with minor damage has been there for two months already (who knows why). Work wasn't even started on the one vehicle until we went to the branch to check on the progress - this was two weeks of it sitting there, to only be told no parts were available. The other two vehicles have had to be returned as there are glaring problems - one being that the side mirror cannot be used to see out of (which was replaced). There have been problems with paint matching (can't believe it, as I am able to go into the Honda site and find the paint code, Google suppliers and order the paint). Will never use another Renew-it again in my lifetime. Try find someone else as these guys spin stories about why nothing is ready on time and when it is ready it's riddled with problems
