Unprofessional and disrespectful!
The worst experience with panel beaters!! I have been talking to Prisca about the progress on my car which has been with Renew it for 6 weeks with no clear feedback. The only time I got the true information was when my insurance promised to lodge a complaint against them. I was then told they ordered a wrong bumper when all along I was told it's in pre painting stage (6 days) Don't ever think of taking your car to these panel beaters... their turn around is the worst! Still waiting for my car today.... and sounds like I'll have to wait another 6 weeks!! Disgusted!!
