Unhappy client

These guys begged me for my business, that my car be fixed by them and it was towed to the premises after the accident. My insurer has authorised a difficult panelbeater but because of the assurity I got from them, I decide to go with Renew it and at the time it made sense.

The car was not fixed during the estimated time and when I fetched it, I was not happy with the painting job, my back seat had a loose stitching and the gave an old passenger sit.

I addressed this Phindi and she assured me that everything will be fixed and booked the car again. Still when it took them long to fixed the car, the panel is now not done correctly, the ordered a wrong mat. I addressed this again, all this time I have to chase after them, wanting feedback. I was supposed to get feedback yesterday before 12, guess what? They never came back to me and I’m still waiting.

I wouldn’t recommend them, they act like the doing me a favour when my insurance paid them in full but the done is not done correctly
