There was miscommunication between reception and Phindile

There was miscommunication between reception and Phindile. I called several times and left messages for her to contact me, but she only received 2 of 5 messages I left for her, which caused frustration. When I handed in the vehicle, I specifically asked that all communication be directly to me, however, whoever entered the details into the system, did not do this, which meant all communication was sent to my mother and not me. All messages sent to my mother, or eventually to me as a "test", they were all addressed to 'Marques', which is my mother's surname. The repair of the vehicle was great and service delivery from Phindile was exceptional. It is the admin part of my experience that was not great.
