The worst service

They don't even deserve a star and I don't know why MiWay still recommends and use them . My car got the on the 1011/22 for repairs . They then estimated that my car will be fixed by the 13/12/22. I called in on the 12/12/22 to find out since it was an estimation date . They then tell me that my car will be available as soon as they open 4/ Jan/23. I then ask to talk to Kyra because I'm only being told about changes since I called in . So unprofessional of them and inconvenient . They sent me from pillar to post. Telling me Kyra is not available . They then call me on the 13/12/22 telling me that Kyra sent them with a message that my car won't be available now. Mind you they call me the day I was suppose to go collect my car . Today I get a message saying my car will be available on the 13/01/2023 , from 11/11/22 to 13/01/23 . Worse part they said my car is now done with paining and it is taken for assembling mind you they only assembling the left door only. I am not happy with their service and the way they send me from pillar to post when I have to get clarity . MiWay insurance kindly reconsider this panelbeater.
