The promised turnaround times were not respected by Renew it Bedfordview

The promised turnaround times were not respected by Renew it Bedfordview. Took longer than promised I had to collect the vehicle while it was not yet completed. Dropped the car off on 5th March and final work done on 24th April. Quality checks not thoroughly carried out and I had to show them a missing ***** on wheel arch. Also misleading info on my insurance since I was told that I had to sort things with my insurance meanwhile all was good and up to date.
