The first initial experience was not of the best, there was no feedback nor communication until we met with the team handling our claim, she explained it so great and kept us up to date on the process and if needed to get in contact she was avialable and always friendly, but now our vechile is still not completed after longer than a month going due to a part they needed after they told us we can collect the vechile they only saw the isse. The offices itself and working bay it self is clean and neat and the staff is all very friendly and helpful
