Terrible service and shody workmanship
Terrible. Insurance took my car here for repair. Repair job was terribly done(Bumper and bonnet does not line up and the front bumper repair has high and low spots like they just sprayed it without smoothening the surface. The headlights are skewly positioned aswell)
Car did not start after cosmetic repairs so it was taken to Mercedes over 2 months ago. Insurance is struggling to get a damage report from renew-it so they can finalise the claim. Almost 5 months gone and car still not repaired.
I had to pay Mercedes myself to order parts and sort out the damage in the mean time since the claim is dragging. Terrible service. I will be reporting to MIOSA and SAMBRA if not sorted out by end of this month!
