Terrible communication and theft of service documents

If I could give this business a -1 Star review I would. I had to call at least 3 times a day to get an update on my car. Just terrible service. If you go there, don't use Phindile. Furthermore, my car service documents were REMOVED from my cubbyhole. Car documents such as the service book and manual remain in the car no matter what car service you take your car for, car wash, windscreen repair etc, but you do take all PERSONAL items out, as I DID. Renew-it said the car was EMPTY when I still have my car manual. They are taking service documents and I really hope they get caught. After reporting them to my insurance, I was told this was NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT they have had regarding this matter. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
