Shocking Service / Would you accept this

Let me start by saying that i would give ZERO starts if it were an option, but sadly 1 star will have to do. Just a heads-up, if you ever in the unfortunate situation and need to take your car to a panel beater - let me save you the trouble and advise you not to take your car to Renew Bedfordview (I cannot speak for the other renew dealers as I have not dealt with them) but my interactions with Bedfordview are as follows: Vehicle has been there for 2 months, was delayed for 2 weeks due to no internal communication, Abysmal customer service (I had virtually zero contact with my designated customer service contact who was supposed to call at least once a week to give you updates - If I did not call them, then I did not get my updates), inconsistent feedback when you do speak to them and not being able to get any manager to call me back amongst a few other smaller issues. — Fast forward 2 months - when the vehicle was supposed to be ready, I went to collect it and found a number of problems not picked up by the QC team - [1) the Bonet was not flush to side fenders (it was slanted sideways), 2) multiple panel gaps; 3) poor paint job; 4) Bonet and bumper were also not aligned & 5) the bonnet was sitting on the headlamp glass). I waited 2 hours while the vehicle went back 3 times to have this corrected. By the 4th time they told me there is nothing more that can be done and I now involved the insurance team assessor to help get it resolved. Needless to say it was still not resolved when I went back to collect it. After some more “tweaking” they are now telling me this is as good as it will get and as this is cosmetic if I don’t like it, I must address this with insurance. ?!?!?!?!?! WOW!!!!! Is repairing the cosmetic items not part of the panel beaters job along with the other aspects of an accident vehicle in order to return it to the customer in the condition it was prior to the accident?? I cannot speak for unseen work done under the bonnet as I am not a mechanic and I also do not have my vehicle back as yet, so that remains to be seen too

At this point, I am beyond fed-up and decided to share this bad experience to avoid this happening to other people. Maybe mine is a 1 in a 1000 case but either way the way it has been managed internally has been beyond pathetic.

Would you accept this???
