Shocking poor service
Shocking poor customer service. Worst experience of my life!! Vehicle has been at Renew-it Bedfordview for 7 weeks, still not ready for collection. Communication and feedback is basically non-existing, calls are not returned, calls are not answered. Paint job was absolutely appalling. Don’t keep to deadlines, always a story why the vehicle is not ready for collection. They leave you to drive all the way to their premises just to tell you sorry, your vehicle is not ready as promised.
Don’t even deserve 1 out of 5 … Pathetic doesn’t describe this experience in full.
Requested a full report on why the repairs are taking so long two weeks ago and now the manager is ignoring me bluntly, still have no report or even an explanation of any kind.
I will never use Renew-it in future - NEVER!! Will even change insurance companies if my current insurance insist on the use of Renew-it in future.
