Im very grateful to Sandra because she kept me in the loop regarding the progress of my car and was truthful about the repair estimated time and always friendly when she did make contact with me.. When i came to collect the car she was friendly in person helped with the paperwork but the waiting time to get the car i didnt anticipate.. But overall happy with Sandra
