Renewit Bedfordview Service Sucks

While it is appreciated that you may not have a choice - given Discovery insures habit of referring their customers to Renewit. If you do have the choice - don't!!!! It's not the repairs that are an issue; these are typical of a high standard once they eventually get round to your car. They promised me my car in 10 to 15 days, but surprise, 30 + days later I'm still waiting, and my hire car cover has expired for the Customer service department that is abysmal! While waiting for the phone to be answered, you will hear all about the value-added services they offer, like a dedicated service agent. Suffice to say, the words dedicated and service are misplaced when referring to Kyra, my designated agent - requesting a call back is clearly a bridge too far. The message - given that Im still still waiting for them to pick up the phone - then tells you about the @your service system where you can track and trace the progress.- It is undoubtedly a good concept and would be a real value add if someone took the time to keep it up to date or it gave any indication of how long each step was anticipated to take. The explanation given bt Renewit for a 20-day +delay relative to their initial assurance is passed off without an apology as their waiting for Discovery to approve additional repairs. Discovery, on the other hand, denies this emphatically - apparently that approved within 2 days which is within the agreed SLA??
