Renew-it taking me for ride!

Good day, the Toyota Rumion was towed to Renew-it Bedfordview on the 29th of July 2025 after the accident. - It had half full tank petrol, Toyota Rumion and TX metalic signs at the back bumper. - The repairs went on at Renew-it until the collection date of 22nd August 2025. - We were shown the car, paid excess & then took ownership of the car. - Immediately, when we left the Renew-it gate, the low petrol sign beeped on the dashboard which was alarming as I remember we filled R500 on the 27th of July 2025. It was puzzling & stressful.

Then, when we got home, we decided to do a thorough inspection on it. Sadly, I found more things as per below & attached; - The Toyota Rumion and TX metalic signs were not installed. - There was a note under the bumper "bolt & nut missing". - Next to the above note under the bumper on the right, there was a slight scratch also. - In the boot, there was a bolt missing plus spare wheel rubber cover missing. - In addition, the number plate didn't have *****s on it.

It's disappointing, as now we have to do a "comeback" job which we are not prepared for. We use the car to take our kid to school daily. We also live far in Springs which takes its toll on petrol costs when we have to go to Bedfordview AGAIN. Lasty, we knew that Renew-it do their job on time & in full (OTIF) but in our case we got a big raw deal. How can we be helped in this case as we are disappointed and sad about all these issues.
